Internet Explorer component

An .iec file is a component of Internet Explorer on Windows. The known file is html.iec in the System32 directory. The file is a DLL that converts HTML content for system components and the F12 developer tools. It is not for manual use. The file ships with the Internet Explorer parts of Windows.
